We are looking for both experienced and new agents to join our team. Regent Realty offers one of the most generous commission splits in the industry.

What we offer…

Commission Split: Starting at 70/30 until you have reached a cap, and then you are at 100% commission for the remainder of your anniversary year.

Royalty Fee: NONE

Transaction Fee: NONE

Referral Fees: NONE. You are never charged a referral fee for a lead provided to you by the company. We use a rotating list of names for our referrals.

Bring a Friend: In order to show our appreciation, if you bring someone to the company we will provide you 5% of your friends commission while they are on the 70/30 commission split.
